Each Shape or Profile is carefully engineered through eleven sequential stages as the billet of semifinished steel is squeezed and formed into its final and often asymmetrical configuration. Each Shape requires individualized or tailored tooling. All McDonald Steel tooling is proprietary for exclusive use by our customers.
